We will collect your ZIP code for the purpose of identifying your congressional district. Further demographic information may be collected to identify you as a constituent to the recipient of your letter to Congress. Many congressional offices have enough staff resources to respond only to constituents, and this will help identify you as such.

If you decide to join our e-network, we will collect your demographic information and send you updates on initiatives by e-mail. We will do our best to respect both your time and attention. If you choose to share your story with us we will not disclose your personal information without your explicit permission and consent.

We realize that you may be concerned about providing demographic information. For this reason, EveryPatientCounts.org makes every effort to protect the data you provide. Our data is housed on secure servers which are physically guarded 24-hours a day in a restricted-access building. Our data is backed-up as part of a nightly security routine to insure that loss, misuse, or alteration will be prevented.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a message to everypatientcounts_list@capwiz.mailmanager.net with the word 'cancel' in the subject line. You may also return to this site at any time to update your information.
